All in all this is a great piece of artwork. The colors are bold but not too bold. The scenery in the background really sets the scenario on how the two could be on a date. I like the idea of them being in Brussels (a very beautiful city by the way) because I don't see many APH pictures of the characters being in a real life city. However, the idea of late night date is often over used in many pairing artworks and probably could have been a tad bit more creative on that note, even I myself am an offender of that. The shading looks great but I'm not that knowledgable on that because I quite new to the digital art world. All in all this is probably better than I can draw and I hope I was of help in improving your art.
